Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on our Order Tracking page.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If an order has already been shipped and the address is incorrect, we can no longer modify it.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
✔ Checking with your neighbors
✔ Contacting your local post office
✔ Reaching out to Royal Mail customer service
